FAQ'sCan I view these paintings in person? In most circumstances we can arrange a viewing. The best approach is to enquire about the painting before buying and we can help answer any questions you may have and try to ensure that the painting will meet your requirements. How long after purchasing can I expect delivery? This very much depends on the size and value of the piece, but, timescales range from two days for local delivery to two weeks for a high value oil overseas. We do make a point of keeping in constant contact with our customers who have purchased a painting from us to ensure it is received on time and in good condition. Can I contact the featured artists through this site?As a general rule, no. We do meet with the various artists featured on the site and if something significant comes through we may pass it on, but we should not be thought of as a reliable point of contact. If I Subscribe to your mailing list do you pass my details on to a third party? No. Do you ship paintings outside the UK?Yes. Do you buy paintings directly from the artists? On most occasions we do. What if I receive the painting and it is not suitable? We offer a full refund if the painting is returned to us, in the same condition as it was sent, within 7 days of receipt. If you decide after 7 days and 30 days of receipt that the painting is not suitable we will offer an exchange or credit to the same value with no time limit on when you use it. Can I spread the cost of the painting? We are more than happy to discuss payment terms with our customers. We do not offer credit terms, however we have many customers who wish to secure the painting with a deposit and thereafter make payments to account until the painting is paid in full. A good example would be a 20% deposit followed by 6 monthly payments. The painting would be delivered following the final payment. Please contact us to discuss. |
